1. Scope of Pricing

• Our pricing is determined based on the scope and complexity of work required. Each project is unique, and pricing is customized to reflect client-specific requirements.
• For detailed information on pricing, clients must submit a request or consult with our team to receive a tailored quote.

2. Pricing Components

• Base Pricing: Covers standard services such as web development, SEO, mobile app development, content creation, and professional video production.
• Additional Charges: May apply for advanced or expedited services, integration of third-party tools, or any other work outside the agreed scope.
• Taxes and Fees: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice as per government regulations.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through payment aggregators.
• Clients are required to pay a non-refundable advance of 50% of the total project cost to initiate work. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final deliverables.
• For projects with milestones, payments will be divided proportionally and must be cleared before commencing subsequent milestones.
• Delays in payment may result in a suspension of services until dues are cleared.

4. Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Any changes to the project scope requested by the client may lead to a revision in pricing.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable as per the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
• No refunds will be provided for work that has been completed and approved by the client.
• In the event of a cancellation, Smaart-Tech reserves the right to retain the advance payment to cover administrative and operational costs.

6. Revisions and Changes

• Revisions or additional requests beyond the agreed scope of work may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

7. Billing and Invoicing

• Invoices will be issued at agreed intervals or upon completion of work, depending on the project structure.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate billing information is provided to avoid delays.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding pricing or payments must be communicated in writing to Smaart-Tech within 7 business days of the issue date.
• We aim to resolve disputes amicably; however, unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
